Parker, Toole exchange vows

 

Pratt Place Barn in Fayetteville was the setting on Saturday, September 24, for the marriage of April Nicole Parker and Daniel William Toole, both of Rogers.  Robert Leonard of Monticello officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Parker of Monticello.  She is the granddaughter of Marion Parker of Dermott and the late William “Billy” Parker and Betty Whitworth of Atlanta, Texas and the late Harry “Doc” Courson.

The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Drew Toole of Pine Bluff.  He is the grandson of Helen  Toole of Warren and the late Dr. Stacey Laurie Toole, Jr. and Charles Cross of Pine Bluff and the late Wanda Cross.

  The bride wore a luxe taffeta mermaid gown with a sweetheart neckline embellished in rhinestones and crystals.  It featured a chapel -length train and bustles on the skirt.  Her two-tiered waterfall veil was elbow-length and finished with raw edges. She carried a European hand-tied bouquet made of rust calla lilies, apricot roses, orange dahlias, and circus roses.  Her bouquet was finished off with ivory satin ribbon.

  Ashley Knight of Rogers, sister of the bride, was the Matron of Honor.  She wore a strapless, knee-length gown of teal lamore satin fashioned with a sweetheart neckline, pleated bodice, wide waistband, and side slit skirt. 

  The bridesmaids wore matching gowns and carried European hand-tied bouquets made of orange dahlias and circus roses.  Their bouquets were finished off with ivory satin ribbons.  The bridal attendants  were Dr. Katherine Behrents of Rogers and Emily Toole of Memphis, sisters of the groom, Katherine Anne Knight  Jennifer Hooks, and Whitney Herron, all of Little Rock, Allison Avra , Ashley Gardner, and Melia Tate, all of Conway, Tiffany Dews of Bryant,  Jennifer Irons of Alma, and Dagni Frederick of Augusta, GA.

  Members of the bride’s house party were Liz Andrews, Janet Hannay,  and Sara Sager all of Rogers, and  Laurie Hickey and Jenny  Johnson both of Bentonville.

  The Best Man was Drew Toole, father of the groom.  The groomsmen were Stephen Parker of Austin, Texas, brother of the bride, Dr. Nate Behrents of Rogers, Will Holland of Fort Worth, Texas, Covy Brown of Star City, Robbie Renfro and Jamie McElroy, both of Fayetteville, Peter Guerin and Bart Tucker, both of Conway, Bryan Hardaway of Pottsville, Alan Thresher of Springdale, and Jason Edwards of Jonesboro.

  Ushers were Kit Brown of St. Louis, Missouri, Trey James of Russellville, Michael Hazelwood of Little Rock, and Scott Jackson of Jonesboro. The ring bearer was Parker Knight, nephew of the bride.  The flower girl was Olivia Gardner of Conway. Vocalists were Ashley Benningfield and Joey Ortega, both of Bentonville and Stephen Parker.

  A reception following the ceremony was also held at Pratt Place Barn. After a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple will be at home in Rogers.

  The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner on Friday, September 23 at The Garden Room  in Fayetteville.
